​​​We are thrilled to share that Poorna Foundation proudly took 60 students to compete in the Houston Round of the 2025 World Scholar’s Cup, held on April 11–12. This marked not only an incredible academic journey for our young scholars but also a celebration of their hard work, teamwork, and passion for learning.

With months of preparation behind them, our students showcase their skills in debate, collaborative writing, the Scholar’s Challenge, and the Scholar’s Bowl — tackling global issues, building confidence, and learning from peers around the world.

We are overjoyed to announce that our team brought home numerous medals, trophies, and accolades, a testament to their dedication and the support of our mentors, volunteers, and the families who stood beside them throughout the journey.

Beyond the awards, this experience gave our students a platform to explore new perspectives, engage in meaningful discussions, and grow as global citizens — the very mission of the Poorna Foundation.
